Therapy is a place to explore what you are carrying and what you want to change. Dr. Yang works with you to understand your experiences in the context of your relationships, culture, values, and strengths.
Your goals guide the work. Sessions may include conversation, practical tools for coping and emotional regulation, or Brainspotting when it feels like a good fit.

Understanding yourself should feel like an opening, not a label.
Our approach
You do not need to have the right words before you arrive. Assessment is a collaborative process: Dr. Yang listens to your questions, brings together relevant testing and life context, and helps make sense of your strengths and needs.
The process
Every evaluation is tailored to the referral question. Here is what you can generally expect.
Share what you are hoping to understand, and discuss whether an evaluation is a good fit.
Complete interviews, questionnaires, and testing selected for your questions and needs.
Review your results and recommendations in language that helps you plan your next steps.
